Basic structure: This is the base that most of these creatures will start from. A typical spiral horn has been added, simply cause it looked odd without a horn of some sort! With the exception of the horn, All (breed name here!) will have what is shown above, (unless there is a mutation.)

Size:
Egg: Emu size, baby coiled up inside.
Hatchling: Size of a cat
1 year: Size of medium dog breeds
4 years: Size of great Danes
5 years: Last "growth spurt" around 13 HH horse size at shoulders (but long)
Every 10 years after that, steady growth, roughly an inch.
Never stop growing

They're more of horse-like dragons than they are actually horses, and swim through air like it was water (so they fly, without wings), coil up like snakes, etc, too.
